Progressive Health & Fitness is a Group Conditioning Program which focuses on FAT LOSS, STRENGTH, FITNESS, FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY.  Please ask yourself these 3 questions before continuing on: 

 1. Are you ready to Sweat and put in the hard work needed to be a champion in whatever it is you want to do?
